More recent studies show vitamin E does nothing. They now think it’s actually the rubbing/massaging of the scar when you apply some kind of ointment that helps with healing.

im unsure about acne scars but i am diabetic and when i get a scar it is nearly impossible to make it go away but when i use vitamin E it works really well for me so i dont see why it wouldnt for you.

i think tea tree oil works really good.. for acne period and the scars from it as well… read up on it..

Well some studies have shown vitamin E helps with skin, hair and nails. But my personal experience is it depends if you take it daily or not only when somethingn is in dissaray.
Just like any meds it only helps if you take it everyday for at least a few months to get the results they claim.
So yes vitamin E is good for a pimple scar but dont think it will go away in a few days, try taking that everyday like i do and a good vitamin wont do harm as well. (not saying you arent taking you daily vitamin but it helps. )
